The Walkabout Foundation, Fashion and Inner Healing with Amina Allam

Amina Allam has worked within the fashion industry for several years predominantly between the Middle East and Europe. She worked as a successful fashion model working with brands such as Cartier, L’Oréal Paris, Stéphane Rolland and Elie Saab. Additionally she worked as a manager/designer in Paris and started her own personal coaching agency through her renowned  beauty and fashion blog. In 2017 she decided to focus more on volunteering and joined the Walkabout Foundation as a fundraising and program Associate. The Walkabout Foundation is a non-profit organization that focuses on funding research to find a cure for paralysis and donates wheelchairs to people in need around the world. Art & Vulnerability with Founder, Fatim-Zahra El Afif

WIM features presents, Fatim-Zahra El Afif. A creative and artist living in Morocco with her husband and daughter. She is of mixed heritage, English, Irish and Moroccan. She started her creative arts career at the young age of 17 in London whilst splitting her time between modeling and her History of The Arts degree. Ten years later she opened up The Third Layer Studio with her husband. The Third Layer started as a clothing brand helping underpaid artisans in Morocco earn a fair wage. Having to say goodbye to The Third Layer  years later she then went on to create her now in-house abstract paint studio known as TTL_Studio. All art is created  is beautifully hand painted and intrinsically unique.
